Our Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks or hosiery unless the item is faulty.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. To start a return or exchange, please fill out the form below to formally request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Once your request is submitted and approved, you will receive confirmation and further instructions on how to proceed.
  3. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item for a different size or colour is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or processing a full refund.
